Welcome to the website of Train Thur Doller Alsace, a non-profit association whose mission is, among other things, “to promote heritage by maintaining, restoring and preserving railway rolling stock and fixed installations in situ”.
The railway decor of our stations, with its delightfully old-fashioned charm and ideal backdrop for your photos, is maintained and enhanced by the association’s members, all of whom are volunteers. Renovating and maintaining the buildings and equipment is, as you can probably imagine, costly in terms of money, time and energy.
So if you love these places, don’t hesitate to support the association and its volunteers in their actions. A donation at your discretion would be most welcome!
We would also like to remind you that you are on private property. Our insurance only covers ticketed members and train passengers, so the TTDA declines all responsibility in the event of an accident (physical or material).
We therefore ask you to present yourself to the members when you come and sign a waiver containing these few lines.
